How do preorders work with Vicify?
Create a campaign for your whole store, selected collections, products, or variants. Choose when it runs, how customers pay, and what delivery information they see. Vicify then displays the preorder experience on your storefront.
Can I accept partial payments or deposits?
Yes. Charge a percentage or fixed amount upfront, then collect the balance on fulfillment, after a chosen number of days, or on a specific date. Shopify Payments or PayPal eligibility is required.
Can Vicify notify customers when a product is back in stock?
Yes. Customers join a waitlist from a customizable popup. Vicify monitors inventory and automatically sends an email when stock reaches your chosen threshold.
Can I use preorders and back-in-stock alerts together?
Yes. You can show both options or prioritize the preorder experience when the same product is included in both campaigns.
Does Vicify edit my Shopify theme files?
